Customer Sastifaction

At Greenraspberries, your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. But in the event you received faulty item, simply follow the instructions below.

Important:

All SALE and ‘on offer’ items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For EXCHANGE policy, please refer to section EXCHANGE policy below. If you received damaged item(s), please refer to section Damaged Item(s) policy below.

  1. Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items (apart from sale items) within 5 days of receipt date for a refund of that item. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers.
  2. Order cannot be canceled once it is being processed.
  3. Customers MUST complete the request returns form here.
  4. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which include tags and packagings. All goods will be inspected upon returns.
  5. The goods are customer’s responsibility until they have reach our warehouse. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. This include the boxes, packaging and tags. Greenraspberries are not responsible for any items that are returned in error.
  6. Greenraspberries recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
  7. The returned costs are the customers’ responsibility.

Refund will be for the purchase price, in the original form of payment. Original delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lateness in Returning Items

  1. 20% of the item(s) price will be charge when item returned after 5 days of parcel received date.
  2. Under rare occasion that the customer failed to returned the item within 5 working days, he or she must provides the reason.

What if I received a damaged Item?

  1. Please email us using the contact us form or email us at  info@greenraspberries.com as soon as possible.
  2. Replacement or refund must be informed as soon as possible.
  3. Customer can request to receive refund in money or replace with another code which has same value of total damaged item received
  4. We Prefer Maybank in case you want the value to be in bank transfer.
  5. If you choose to have refund instead of replacement, full refund will be made for item value only not inclusive postage.
  6. Customer can request for an exchange of any of the items available with same value.
  7. Customer needs to send a picture of the faulty items. Upon receiving the item, inspection will be made.

What if I accidentally paid more than once?

It is important that customer do not click the pay button twice even when the browser does not responding. It is best to refresh or cancel the transaction and begin again.

  1. Please email us using the contact us form as soon as possible.
  2. Customers must let us know the order number.
  3. Customer can choose to get the money back in monetary (charges may apply) or in store credit.
  4. Customers are to bear any bank charges due to money transferring between banks.  (Applicable to Malaysia local bank only)
  5. 3% from the total value will be deducted for admin fee – If customer request to receive in monetary.
  6. Full refund will be made – If customer requested to received in store credit.

Issue on color resolution / pattern

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the Site.However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. The position of pattern/design may slightly different from what you see ( example : the position of the flowers may at different places). If u have any doubt of our products, please buy at our boutique to avoid any misunderstanding in the future.

If you received damaged item(s),

    * Currently there is no return policy for ‘change of mind’ situation. For example, when you receive your item, u don’t like the design. Please buy straight at the store to avoid misunderstanding in the future.

IN CASE Customer wants to exchange to a different product;

* Example
Case I : exchange code A with code A- YES, possible if stocks are available
Case II : After received, , exchange code A with code B – NO. U need to add  20% restocking fees from original cost.

Buyer has to bear all postage costs.
* Size is stated. Thus if the items is not fits, it applied in CASE II.
* Sale items are not eligible for return.
